Mitch Savoie Hill is a first-generation Cuban American CEO, TEDx Speaker, published author, and Corporate Trainer with more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and leadership. Her career has taken her from her beginnings as a singing waitress in New York City to leadership roles with international organizations in hospitality, real estate management, and construction. Along the way, she has served organizations such as the Miami HEAT, the Society for Human Resources Management, Meeting Professionals International, and the National Association of Women in Construction.
As the CEO and founder of SavHill Consulting LLC, Mitch has made it her mission to help leaders and teams engage more effectively with diverse clients, colleagues, and audiences. Drawing on her experiences managing teams in high-stress, fast-paced environments across major markets like Miami, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, she has developed best practices for inspiring cooperation, handling conflict, and creating inclusive, productive workplace cultures.
