Yasmeen Hasan, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CTCM, CTCD, is the Executive Director of Procurement and Administrative Services at Lee College. She leads the College’s procurement operations, strategic sourcing, contract administration, shipping and receiving, mail services, surplus management, and the administration of the College’s Purchasing Card (P-Card) and Travel Card programs while overseeing the implementation of Workday Procurement and business process improvements.
With more than a decade of experience in public procurement and higher education, Yasmeen has led initiatives focused on operational excellence, process automation, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and customer service. Her expertise includes procurement transformation, ERP implementations, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, policy development, and continuous process improvement.
Yasmeen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and is passionate about advancing procurement through innovation, technology, and collaboration. She holds the NIGP Certified Procurement Professional (NIGP-CPP), Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO), Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM), and Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) credentials.
