Nahomi Carlisle, Esq. serves as the Associate Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Bunker Hill Community College, where she leads institution-wide initiatives in programming, professional development, strategic planning, Title IX, Title VI, and ADA compliance. With a passion for leadership and innovation, she applies data-driven approaches to align college goals with the needs of both students and the broader community.
Her career spans executive and legal leadership roles, including serving on the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Commissioner’s Executive Team as Director of Diversity & Inclusion/ADA Compliance, as Associate General Counsel at the Massachusetts State Treasurer’s Office, and as City Solicitor for the City of Brockton. Earlier in her career, she worked as a public defender, gaining extensive experience in litigation and advocacy.
Nahomi earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Social Change, with a minor in Business, from Bentley University.
