Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in common areas and for Omni Select members’ guest rooms. Non-Select guests may purchase Wi-Fi access for their guest rooms. The meeting and exhibit spaces will feature free Wi-Fi as well. Please be advised that this Wi-Fi will not have unlimited capacity and is not designed for HD streaming of video.
Valet parking is $30 + tax per night/per vehicle* – overnight parking (unlimited in/out privileges). Oversized vehicle parking is $40 + tax per night/per vehicle*. Daily and event valet parking is $22 per vehicle* (no in/out privileges). City-operated self-parking is located nearby. Self-parking is approximately $22 per vehicle* (no in/out privileges). This is available at the city-operated garage adjacent to the hotel. The garage entrance is on 11th Street between Houston and Throckmorton, one block north of the hotel. Omni Fort Worth is located approximately 30 minutes (26 miles) from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. CCBO has arranged for a discount shuttle service between the airport and hotel with SuperShuttle. To book a SuperShuttle from DFW to the Omni or the return trip to the airport, simply click here and enter the code LJDR2 when prompted. The discount code is good on rides between Oct. 22 – Nov. 1, 2019.

WEATHER & SUGGESTED ATTIRE
October temperatures in Fort Worth average a high of 81°F and a low of 58°F. Attire for the entire event is business casual, with the exception of the Tuesday Awards banquet, which is business attire. Please bring a sweater, jacket or long sleeve shirt for the meeting rooms as comfort levels may vary. Additionally, the Saturday evening Leadership Academy/Pre-Conference Reception will be held outside. For the Sunday Reception “cowboy” attire is optional.
AT&T STADIUM TOUR – Only four spots remain!
If you registered for the optional AT&T Stadium – Home of the Dallas Cowboys Tour, please meet in the Omni lobby at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, October 28. Transportation to and from the stadium is included in your tour registration and leaves at 3:30 p.m. to ensure timely arrival at the stadium. Casual attire and comfortable shoes are suggested for this optional excursion. Four spots remain for this excursion, so please call CCBO at 434-293-2825 today to register for the VIP tour of this state-of-the-art NFL stadium.

CONFERENCE MOBILE APP
CCBO is going green! Instead of paper programs, we will have a mobile app complete with the agenda, room locations, and all pertinent information. The mobile app will be the most up-to-date resource during the conference, and you can download it now to prepare for your onsite experience.
BUILD OUT YOUR SCHEDULE
You can build out your schedule ahead of time using the app. Login to the conference app, locate and tap the Agenda icon, and view the Full Agenda. Tap any general session, concurrent breakout session, reception or another conference event to open that item. Under the event name, time and location, tap “Add to My Agenda” You can even set a reminder to notify you when the session or event is about to begin. To remove any sessions or events, simply tap the “Added to My Agenda” line under the session name, time and location to remove it from your agenda. To view your personalized schedule, tap “My Agenda.”
Make sure to check in to each session you attend for CPE tracking. If you are seeking CPE credit, you will still need to complete a Record of Participation. CPE Certificates will not be generated unless we receive a request.
