6’ x 30” draped table
Two side chairs
One electrical outlet
Meals in the Exhibit Hall
Exemplary Practices Awards Luncheon
Admittance to all education sessions of the Annual Conference
Fees for ALL Categories Include:
Allows up to 2 company representatives
per booth
Only one company per booth
Fee does NOT include:
Attendance at all other meal functions not in
exhibit hall
Golf tournament
Saturday evening pre-conference event
Individual tickets can be purchased separately
Exhibitor Registration
Step 1
Please complete an Exhibitor Contract to select your booth location and provide payment.
Step 2
Please complete the Exhibitor Forms Packet to confirm your booth personnel and purchase additional meal tickets. The 2012 version will be ready in spring of 2012.
Step 3
Please review and complete forms with our official general services contractor. Resources for furniture orders, move in and out dates/time, shipping instructions, and Exhibitor Service Manual will be provided in spring of 2012.
